Fixing existing HVAC systems which do not work properly is also a large part of our business Our engineering department (Millikan Engineering Group, P.A.) is capable of designing new systems or retrofitting old ones. No project is too complex or too small. With registered engineers, pipe/duct designers and CAD operators, we have experience in medical offices, clean rooms, office buildings, banks, hotels, restaurants, retail and manufacturing facilities.

Projects/Case Studies Portfolio Commercial Peak Performance Service Agreements Superior Mechanical offers several levels in our Peak Performance Service Agreements designed to meet equipment warranty requirements, keep energy costs down and system productivity high. Regular maintenance is essential to efficient operation, increasing system reliability and reducing or eliminating expensive repair and discomfort. Golden Plan Four major inspections per year to perform routine maintenance on equipment; clean coils; lubricate motors; check electrical systems; replace or clean filters. Silver Plan Two major inspections per year to perform routine maintenance on equipment; clean coils; lubricate motors; check electrical systems; replace or clean filters Two additional minor inspections to replace or clean filters and perform brief operational check. Bronze Plan Two major inspections per year to perform routine maintenance on equipment to clean coils; lubricate motors; check electrical systems; replace or clean filters. Filter Plan Four visits per year to replace air filters only.
