Engineering and Design services include feasibility studies, existing condition evaluations; value engineering; life cycle cost analysis; problem analysis; and determining the best solution available, based on your needs and budget.
Mechanical engineers strive to optimize costs, increase productivity, durability, safety, and overall usefulness of the project. Licensed professional mechanical engineers possess the necessary technical knowledge and real world experience to engineer safely. Superior Mechanical’s engineering department has professionally certified mechanical engineers qualified to stamp the required drawings and assume full responsibility for design. The engineers are supported by mechanical designers and CADD operators. Our project management includes generating and maintaining in-house CPM scheduling. We also have a full service sheet metal fabrication shop to complete each project.
As an added value, we are involved in energy conservation design and construction through our participation in LEED®, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. LEED® is a voluntary, consensus-based, building rating system that evaluates environmental impacts over the life of a building. Superior Mechanical Inc. has become involved with four registered projects thus far involving the LEED measurement system by providing conceptual design and preliminary engineering while working within both budget and LEED certification constraints. We have furthermore been responsible for final engineering and procurement of three of the above mentioned LEED projects that are designed to reduce or eliminate negative environmental impacts.
