*Special Diagnostic Rate applies during our Day Time Hours Only. Daytime Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am till 5pm. Special diagnostic fee is not available during after hours time period. Our after hours are 6pm-8am Monday - Friday and 6pm Friday through 8am Monday morning. Our after hours diagnostic fee is $99. Offer is redeemable only if needed service work is performed by Superior Mechanical Inc. as the problem is diagnosed. Should customer choose to have service completed by another company, our Standard Rates will apply for the diagnostic fees: $69 for daytime hours and $99 for after hours. This diagnostic fee applies to the trip visit for diagnosing plumbing repairs, heating repairs, cooling repairs, hvac system repairs, and other needed mechanical repairs with your plumbing, heating and cooling systems. Upon diagnosing needed repair, a flat-rate repair cost (based on the nature of their needs) will be provided to the customer.
